Dork Alert

I think that drafting and revising merger agreements is kind of fun. Tedious, headache-inducing and a major timesuck, but still kind of fun. And I think drafing and revising prospectuses and offering memorandums is even more fun, although I doubt I'll be doing any of that for awhile.
